1. Intoduction:
Valve special for oxygen pipeline JY41W is designed based on the operation characteristics of oxygen pipelines and considering the flammable and explosive nature of oxygen medium, with safety, reliability and superior performance as the design principles. Valve type: According to the "Several Technical Regulations for Oxygen Pipelines in Iron and Steel Enterprises" issued by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, a stop valve is adopted. The main body material is stainless steel or copper alloy with excellent flame retardancy; the sealing surface is the body itself or surfacing with D802; other internal parts are made of stainless steel or copper alloy; the transmission part is lubricated with non-flammable grease, and is marked with obvious oil-forbidden signs. Structurally, the bracket is fully enclosed, equipped with an electrostatic guiding device, and the valve stem is fitted with a dust cap. 2. Product Features:
1. Flame and fire prevention: The main components are made of copper alloy, which is a non-flammable material, and no sparks will be generated even when colliding with solid particles in high-speed airflow. Therefore, this valve has flame and fire prevention performance.
2. Safety and reliability: This valve is equipped with dust-proof, waterproof and oil-sewage-proof devices. All valve bodies in contact with oxygen have undergone strict degreasing and oil-forbidden measures before assembly. The packing material is polytetrafluoroethylene, which can ensure safety and reliability during use.
3. Structural Features:
1. For nominal pressure PN≥1.6MPa, DN125~200 adopts an internal bypass structure; DN250~500 adopts a structure with an external bypass valve. The purpose is to reduce the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve to avoid high flow rate, high erosion and high temperature, thus ensuring the safe operation of the oxygen pipeline network and reducing the operating torque at the same time.
2. Medium flow direction: For PN≥1.6MPa, DN≤100, the medium flows from below the valve disc to above the valve disc; for DN≥125, the medium flows from above the valve disc to below the valve disc. For valves with DN≥125, the medium adopts the flow direction of "high inlet and low outlet", which on the one hand meets the structural requirements of the internal bypass valve, and on the other hand, the closing force of the valve is greatly reduced due to the effect of medium pressure.
3. This valve is equipped with an electrostatic guiding safety device, which can avoid sparks caused by static electricity.
4. Compared with ordinary stop valves, the bracket part of the stop valve for oxygen pipelines adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the protective cover on the bracket can be opened when compressing the packing, which plays the role of oil prevention and dust prevention. And there are obvious oil-forbidden signs.
5. All parts have undergone strict degreasing treatment.
